Project scope: 
Just Better Care were in the enviable position of being too busy and came to us needing to scale their workforce FAST. 
At the Core agency, my writer and I were tasked with creating a campaign which would talk to the benefits of working for JBC and entice prospective employees to click and research the company further.
Research showed that most prospective talent hung out on TikTOk so that is where we focussed the campaign. Working with a tiny budget, we had to get creative. Using our clients as talent and as many trending hooks as possible to create a targeted campaign. We concepted, visualised, shot, edited and produced all the ads in-house on our phones. The results were impressive, a massive click through and applications received.
